The founder of Shivgaami Trust and Kedareshwaram Dham – AVDHOOT SWAMI ANAND JI MAHARAJ has designed a programme that provides an opportunity to learn simple techniques for developing the capacity of the mind and eventually attaining the permanent inner peace of enlightenment. This programme is available for everyone regardless of gender, age, and nationality.

The gross form of food that cannot be absorbed by the body is eliminated. The subtle part of food is absorbed by the body and becomes flesh.
